Subject: Regulation FD

As a small investor, I believe I have every right to information received by 
large investors.  For too long, high net worth individuals and institutional 
investors have had a head start buying and selling securities before that of 
the individual investor.  With so many investors now doing their own 
trading, researching their own securities, and bypassing brokers, I believe 
it is imperative to level the playing field.
