The Honarable SEC Commissioner,
     
I'd like to extend my full hearted support for the above regulation. 
Furthermore, I fully support your initiative to monitor the bulliten boards for 
any suspecious activities.
     
I'd like to suggest that your office also monitor the so called "market guru". 
They make suspecious comments from time to time that affect the market 
violently. I'm just wondering if they have a stake in this. Does anybody monitor
these people to see if they sell or buy after such comments are made. An example
of what I'm talking about is Ms. Abby Joseph Cohen's statement.
