Subject: proposed changes for mutual funds-401k (S7-26-03 and S7-27-03)

Please reconsider the new rule as the effect to me is putting me in a black
out situation for approx. 7 hours per day that the market would be open. I
understand that the playing field needs to be leveled to be fair, I think
and suggest that a 3:00 PM cut off would leave more than enough time to
finish all that would be necessary complete the work prior to the close each
day. So, please reconsider the action and I urge you to not put the small
investor at such a disadvantage.
