Mr. Leavitt:
     
This email is to ask you to oppose the SEC regulatory actions to limit 
the individual rights in shareholder decisions.  I find the proposed 
regulations a violation of rights and privileges under our constitution 
for interested parties to be heard and counted in the decisions that 
affect them.
