As someone who is just getting into the stock market, I am disturbed that 
meaningful information could be witheld from stockholder meetings. Although I 
try to research my purchases carefully, it may take presentation of difficult 
issues at annual meetings to clean up a company's policies.
     
Please consider the need for informed investors in this culture.
