Subject: New Rules

I oppose the new proposed SEC rule because they crush shareholders 
rights and take power away from the people and put more of it in 
corporations hands. Imagine a world where corporatins made all of the 
decisions about what is best for the citizens of the world. What would 
it look like....sounds very scary.
