Mr. Katz:  please note that I have read about S2-25-97 which would increase 
the percentage of stockholders needed to require consideration by a board of 
directors to bring topics to a ballot.  I believe this would weaken the power 
of shareholders to voice their observations and concerns about the activities 
of any company.  Please act to stop this legislation.
