Subject: Reversal of Policy Author: Dennis Pegues at Internet Date: 12/2/97 6:25 PM As to S7-25-97, it was a misguided policy which should be reversed unless the SEC wants to be seen as a discriminatory agency behind times. This is not an issue which should be decided by an regulatory agency, it is a moral issue which cannot be legislated. Shareholders have the right to express their opinion through propositions. This is an accepted way of making changes in policies seen as discriminatory by shareholders. Thank you for your patience.
