Date: 1/5/98 3:14 PM Subject: S7-25-97 Dear Mr. Levitt: I object very strongly to rule S7-25-97 because it will make it much more difficult to put problems of women and the increasingly obvious child labor violations around the world before meetings of shareholders. We all deserve every chance we can get to be heard and to have our concerns acted upon. There is no reason to stifle debate and information. If the shareholders do not want to concern themselvew with those things, they can refuse to listen or remove us from the agenda of their own accord. Please get rid of/do not enact rule S7-24-97.
