Dear Chairman Leavitt,
     
I am strongly opposed to the attempt to change the ability of individual 
shareholders to propose resolutions at shareholder meetings. These 
meetings should be a forum for discussion of how a business is to be 
conducted, not just to rubberstamp Board decisions. Please do not make 
it harder to introduce these resolutions.(Reference File No S7-25-97)
