Gentlemen:
     
The proposed rule to control the agenda at stockholders' meetings is 
actually a gag rule.
     
If proposeing some motions is denied, the stockholders can be kept in 
the dark about certain operations that are not in the best interest of 
the company and the profits.  I hope there is not a hidden agenda held 
by those who propose  wuch a restriction.
     
Please continue to allow freedom of discussion in the stockholdrs' 
meetings.
