Date: 12/5/97 10:32 AM Dear Chairman Leavitt, I strongly oppose the proposed SEC rules (No.S7-25-97) that would limit shareholders' ability to introduce resolutions. This is an undemocratic, direct challenge to the organizational rationale of the corporation, one which will seriously undermine its already suspect legitmacy as a just social unit.
