Subject: Proposed changes in rules

To whom it may concern:
     
I wholeheartedly oppose the proposed changes in rules governing 
shareholders' rights. Shareholders should NOT have their right to address 
corporate behavior infringed upon. In fact, that right should be made 
stronger and the ease with which shareholders can effect more ethical 
behavior should be made better. Repeat: DO NOT TREAD ON SHAREHOLDERS 
RIGHTS!
