Subject: rule S7-25-97 (the stockholder gag rule)
     
     
I am writing in opposition to  rule S7-25-97 (the stockholder gag rule). It is 
not the business of the SEC to decide what information stockholders can 
request from the companies they own. I am sure that the poor little old boards 
of these companies do not need to be protected from their own stockholders, or 
am I wrong about that?
