Dear Sir or Madam:
     
I am very concerned about the ruling forthcoming on rule S7-25-97. If 
this measure passes, it will alienate the issues of women and minorities, 
two groups who need representation badly, esp. in the stock market. 
Please see to it that this rule is opposed and does not pass.
