Subject: Re:SEC change of rules Date: 11/18/97 5:21 PM P.O.B. 387 Harpswell,Me.04079 Dear leaders of our country, It is with great concern that I am writing to you about the proposed new changes in SEC rules governing shareholder resolutions. These are file # 57-25-97 These resolutions have been an important way for co-owners of a company (shareholders} to have a voice in the management and business practices of their corporation. Ownership via share holding comes with responsibilities and rights which are part of the American way . Investors in a company must have a strong way to share their views with the corporation and other shareholders. Your help and intervention to stop the proposed changes would be very much appreciated. Any infringement or limit on the ability to have shareholder resolutions is not acceptable. Thank you very much for your thoughtful consideration of this matter and for your protection of shareholders. Sincerely, Marji Greenhut
