It has come to my attention that the SEC is considering a rule that would prevent many stockholder initiatives from being deliberated and voted upon at open stockholder meetings. This is an awful idea and I want you to notice that I oppose it. Please make a little jot in the "no" column. Anyone who takes the time to track the erosion of accountability of corporations in this country and the drastic expansion of corporate priviledge and protections under the law would not be SURPRISED to hear of this latest nibble against democracy, but no knowledgable citizen could support it. Thanks for reading the mail, and good day to you. Ruthann Gordon, Seattle WA
