Mr. Levinson'
        I want to post and have counted my vote against S7-25-97. As a
stockholder I feel this rule would set us back light years in that it would keep me from 
having full and complete information regarding companines in which I am a 
potential investor. It appears as if this rule is in line with the greed which 
controls the republican lead congress.
