The purpose of the S.E.C., as I understand i,t is to protect the general 
rights of all corporate stock holders.  Small stockholders are 
stockholders too!!!  The S.E.C. should be protecting small stockholders, 
not decreasing their rights to the advantage of large stockholders who 
already have a large arsenal of lawyers and friends to protect them.  Not 
that the S.E.C. should totally neglect large stockholders.  But give us 
small stockholders some consideration!!!
