Subject: shareholder resolutions

I am a shareholder and trustee of a foundation.  Corportaions must be held 
accountable for their impact on people and the environment.  While they say 
they operate on the behalf of shareholders, now they do not want to hear 
from us.  We need to be able to use the shareholder initiative to make them 
listen to us.  Please do not take away this tool from concerned citizens. 
Please do not adopt S7-25-97.
