Dear SEC Advocates: 

I find the changes to shareholders rights to use the 
resolution process disturbing.The expansion of the personal greivance 
exclusion,the intro of a relevance exclusion,repealing of the Cracker 
Barrel resolution,and the drastic % increase for resolutions to be 
resubmitted further hobbles my voice being heard.If these changes had been 
in place during boycotts on South Africa we'd have never got our 
corporations to toe the moral line.You our again in this place of tough 
choices,be true to we the,little,people.
