Date: 1/5/98 1:48 PM Subject: s7-25-97 The Securities and Exchange Commission is considering a rule that would prevent many stockholder initiatives from being deliberated and voted upon at open stockholder meetings. As a stockholder and a citizen we am angry that an long held right of stockholders to air out disagreements at companies is being discarded. This is an outrage. We want to know about the practices of com[nies that we invest in and we do not appreaciate the wish to cover up policies by executives who gain enormous reimbursement from their positions.
