Subject: rule S7-25-97
     
     
I voice my opposition to rule S7-25-97 (the stockholder gag rule). 
     
I feel strongly that such  things as employment practices are important for 
stockholders to know. Also gender balancing, use of child labor and other 
issues need to be questioned and reviewed.
