Dear Sir or Madam,
     
We do <<not>> want Sec to pass any rules which would prevent stockholder 
initiatives from being deliberated and voted upon at open stockholder 
meetings. Such initiatives are vital to preserve the interests of all 
stockholders in the running of the companies in which they have 
invested. Any rules which interfere with such initiatives skew the 
balance of power much too far. We strongly urge you not to pursue such a 
rule.
