Date: 1/22/98 2:41 PM Subject: Regarding File Number S7-25-97 Dear Commissioners: Please note my intense displeasure with any curtailment of a shareholder's right to voice therir concerns at a shareholder's meeting. Regardless of the sometimes irrelevant nature of the comments, no comments should be stifled. Now if you cannot do something good for all shareholders, try doing nothing. Better yet. Try enforcing insider-trading, and fraud violations statutes by both officers, directors, and analysts. The manipulation of markets and of corporate assets should be investigated. However, the stifling of shareholder comments should not be your concern. End.
