Subject: Don't regulate resolutions

Dear Chairman Leavitt,
     
I strongly oppose the proposed SEC regulations that would restrict 
shareholder resolutions at stockholder's meetings. I believe that the 
SEC has no legitimate reason to restrict what private investors 
propose at their own meetings. If the shareholders of a corporation 
want to pass rules restricting resolutions in their meetings, that 
should be their business and not the government's business.
