Dear Mr. Levitt,
     
I am a part of America's middle class.  I work hard and try to balance my 
aspirations to achieve the American Dream, with a genuine concern for human 
rights, the environment and other socially responsible issues.  I firmly 
believe that every time I buy something, I am casting a vote.
     
Today's shareholder process is responsible.  It allows one shareholders voice 
to be heard.  It allows me to feel that I can make a difference, and that my 
voice with other concerned voices can demand corporate responsibility and 
accountability.
     
Please do not take away this right from me.  The SEC's new proposed rules 
must not go forward.  The existing rules must be allowed to stand.
