I write to strongly support this proposed regulation. Fund managers 
should disclose all their connections and all the fees they receive. 
Furthermore, they should be required to disclose any trading in their 
personal accounts. Individual investors like myself rely on the SEC to 
watch out for our interests. Keep up the good work.
