Naked short sales have got to be stopped.   All short sales should be 
stopped but I'm sure that some judge somewhere would strike that down. 

This is far more serious than than the two bit crooks that Eliot Spitzer 
points his finger at everyday.    The only thing that may keep naked 
short sellers from totally destroying the entire economy is that they 
are bright enough to realize that if they bring down the entire system 
they will have "killed the goose that lays their golden eggs"
