Subject: Short Selling (s7-23-03)

Naked short selling must be made illegal. This corrupt practice has bankrupt 
me before while being invested in a very good company but it later came out 
that the stock was being manipulated with and held down and it hurt me, many 
other investors, and most of all the company. It has also been pointed out 
before that naked short selling is used by terrorists and money launderers to 
clean their money. Please protect us little guys and ban naked short selling.
