To Whom it may concern:
Investors are thoroughly fed up with "Naked Short
Selling," and are depending on regulators to put a
halt to this practice, and prosecute the offenders.
Naked Short Selling does nothing to aid an orderly
market, and hurts those company's and investors who
put their money and faith on the line. This extremely
hurtful practice has gone on far too long. Charles Medsker.
