Until this changes, no entity supervises public corporate management. Example, Walter Hewlett was removed from the board of HP even after he received 49.9% approval for is proposal. Even the stockholders who voted against his proposal felt he did a good job, and appreciated his efforts. I hope you will consider this. John Claras
