Hello,
Corporate corruption starts with the simple fact that the Board of 
Directors serves at the pleasure of the CEO. Until this changes, no 
entity supervises public corporate management. Example, Walter Hewlett 
was removed from the board of HP even after he received 49.9% approval 
for is proposal. Even the stockholders who voted against his proposal 
felt he did a good job, and appreciated his efforts.
