Dear Jonathan G. Katz, Secretary,

I am writing in support of shareholders being able to better nominate 
candidates for corporate boards.As a stockholder in several companies 
i have seen first hand how they take care of each other instead of the 
shareholders in the company. I believe that i am one of the owners as i 
have invested my hard earned money in these companies and i believe i 
should have a say in how and who are on the Board of Directors. It is 
unbelieveable how they reward each other with perks that people that have 
worked for them for many years will never get or even hope to get.
