Why don't they post the credentials of nominees on a web site open to ALL
share holders.  And allow us to pick candidates based on their record of
success and qualifications.  Incumbents would be allowed to post theirs as
well and indicated as such.  Anyone on the board would be required to have
invested a proportionate percentage in the stock or fund.  No more ENRON's.
We do not need any more good ole boy networks in our system of commerce.
