I am Vice President and General Counsel of PACCAR Inc and oppose the proposal. 
My concerns are well articulated in the comment letters submitted by the 
American Society of Corporate Secretaries and the Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen &
Katz law firm. I would emphasize, however, that it seems particularly 
inappropriate to limit the comment period to sixty days. Sufficient time has 
not yet passed even to assess the effectiveness of recent governance reforms. 
The substantial nature of the proposed changes justifies allowing more time 
for consideration.
