Yes.

Although corporations are not democratic institutions, I just don’t trust them anymore. I used to.

I think all board members should have to compete against others for their positions.

It would be in the stakeholders best interest to be able to elect one of their own to keep an eye on things – that is just common sense.

At least let the number of cronies on the ballet be double the number of openings so we can choose.

Certainly the recommendations of the boards of well run companies will be respected by the proxy voters – they should have nothing to worry about.

This country has a serious honesty deficit and the people in power seem to think it’s OK. It’s business as usual.

Please flex your muscle and do what you know is right.
