Washington, DC 20549 Dear Secretary Katz, Re: File No. S7-19-03 I am writing to support SEC proposal S7-19-03 regarding security holder director nominations. Corporate boards that are overly supportive of their CEOs are allowing these executives to destroy entire corporations and walk off with millions, leaving shareholders, workers and communities to suffer the consequences. The reforms you propose have the potential to put an end to the ridiculous disparity between CEO wages and benefits and those of employees but you must reject the high ownership thresholds and other barriers to effective shareholder participation. Show you are serious about ending corporate chicanery by adopting final rules that truly give shareholders a voice in picking directors at America's largest corporations.
