To whom it may concern, the best example of the need for this change was the 
recent Disney company vote, that showed 40% plus wanted a major change , and the 
board did a window dressing in seperating the Chairman and CEo positions. They 
then have the nerve to place George Mitchell in the Chaiman's position t watch 
over the man who appointed him. This is  the very reason for this regulation 
change. If not now then when. Serve the investor, and owners of these 
corporations, not the self serving boards. Thank you for attention to this 
matter.
