To whom it may concern, I urge you to adopt the reforms in proposal S7-19-03. I personally have lost close to $70,000 due to what I consider to be a complete failure of board oversight at QWest communications. It has been made apparent to me that the board members did nothing to protect my interests during this period and, in fact continued to lavish bonuses and pay increases upon the CEO (now enjoying his golden parachute). I am angered and dismayed that as a partial owner of a number of companies, it is still nearly impossible for me to elect those whose job is to represent my interests. Let the owners decide!
