Most of my funds are in various stock inverstments. I urge you to do more to improve corporate goverance. The present rules and even the proposed rules can only be considered ridiculous. To demand a 35% negaative vote to get a board nominee on the ballot a year later is absurd. There needs to be a means for prompt action with a lower threshold level.
