As a shareholder I have no influence in the Board of Directors' nomination process. The relationship between the Board of Directors and the CEO is too cozy and they do not perform their oversight duties. The Chairman of some of these Boards is the CEO and also part of the Nominating Committee, how independent is the Board of directors? I urge the SEC to find a process where the Board o Directors are independent and looking after the shareholders' interests. Respectfully, Anna Payne |
