This is contrasted with Russia's current system of government where there is an election of members approved by Putin, and those not on his friends list are disqualified. I don't believe any American would rather have that system. So why is it the recommended system by many monarchs of the business world? Why, as an owner of a piece of a company, do I have no input on who should guide it? This type of system is only preferable as a means of keeping power when you don't deserve it. Anyone who truly is capable never fears more scrutiny or competition as they will be the better for it. Please enact rules that will allow the owners of the company a right to nominate people for fair elections. In the age of the internet the cost is not as high as a director who is nominated only because they will not rock the boat. Abraham Keller Stockholder
