My comment is limited to the proposal to include a 1934 Act registration 
"check-box" on specified 1933 registration statements.  I suggest you also 
allow for 1934 Act registration on the multijurisdictional forms F-9 and 
F-10.  In particular, you can register Canadian equity on Form F-9 and you 
should allow for concurrent Exchange Act registration for exchange listing 
purposes.  It also is possible to list investment grade debt on an 
exchange, so it would make sense to provide this ability on an F-10.
