I encourage you to support rule-number S7-14-03, but this is only the first 
step toward opening up the boardrooms of corporate America. The new rules 
are important, but it is also important to keep in mind that this is only a 
first step toward opening up the corporate director nomination process. 

We need further reforms that would make it easier for minority shareholders 
to nominate directors. These are truly crucial steps for corporate democracy.
