??? As an investor I just want any conflict of interest disclosed, along with 
maybe salaries - stockoptions awarded - attendance at board meetings- how 
individual members voted on certain proposals. Each persons resume posted on 
the company website (how did he get that job?), any personal relationships 
(do they go golfing on weekends with the congressman?) etc.  Nothing too 
personal though.
