We would like to express our support for the proposals requiring disclosure
of Portfolio Management Compensations Structures and disclosure of
Securities Ownership of Portfolio Managers in the mutual fund industry.  We
also encourage the SEC to consider incorporating the measurement suggestions
put forth by Jeffrey Ptak on the Morningstar website.  We agreed that for
these disclosures to be of value, they must be relevant and comparable.

We welcome these disclosures in our industry.
