Susan: After further consideration of the issues you and your colleagues have been discussing with us on behalf of the Committee of Annuity Insurers regarding the Commission's Internet Proxy Proposal, we are not recommending to the Committee that it submit any proposed interpretive language or otherwise take any actions in this regard prior to the open meeting on the 13th. However, Mary Thornton and I would like to discuss one additional issue with you relating to the proposal if you would be available for a brief call at some point.
