I am in full support of the principles outlined in the Wall Street Journal on June 
22, 2004 pg. A5 by the Americans For Investor Choice.  Price is most important to 
me as a participant in retirement plan programs and as an individual investor.  
The SEC should use this opportunity in a further attempt to re-establish 
confidence with American Investors.
