I want to express my support for your proposal to require 
investment advisors to disclose their proxy voting practices. I support the 
broadest possible use of this and other rules to get the information out to 
shareholders and prospective shareholders.
     
It's time to level the playing field so that we small investors can make 
informed judgments.
