Subject: "File No. S7-09-00" 
 
Please pass this rule so that investors such as myself would be able to 
adequately compare mutual funds by being told what the after-tax yield is. 
I have been investing in mutual funds for the past 15 years and, until 
recently, did not understand the difference in the various funds after-tax
yield.  My husband and I are seniors and would have invested differently had 
we known.
